Founded by Mark Parry, a proud first-language Welsh speaker originally from Caernarfon and now based in Cardiff, Parry’s Catering brings together the warmth of Welsh hospitality with the skill and finesse of fine dining. Mark’s culinary journey began over three decades ago, training under a former sous chef to Raymond Blanc, and has since led him to cook for The Queen and King Charles, and serve thousands of guests across Wales.
After over 10 years as Head Chef and a lifetime in kitchens, Mark has launched Parry’s Catering to deliver unforgettable food for every occasion – from elegant wedding breakfasts to heartfelt wakes, birthday celebrations, afternoon teas, and private dining.
Mark's food is rooted in tradition but inspired by the world – with a cooking style that merges modern Welsh-French cuisine with home comforts and themed global menus. Every dish is made from scratch, using the finest local Welsh produce.
